1. Who we are

Broskey Energy (“Broskey”, “we”, “us”) is the owner and marketer of the Broskey beverage, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan 302003, India. We run the website broskeyenergy.com. For anything on this page, including a privacy grievance, write to support@broskeyenergy.com.

2. What this website does

It tells you about the drink, shows you where to find it, lets you join the waitlist for the shop, lets you post a photo to the wall, and lets you send us a message. There is no login, no shop checkout, and no subscription on this site today.

3. What we collect

What we do NOT collect

• No accounts, usernames or passwords — there is nothing to sign in to.
• No payment or card details. We do not take payments on this site.
• No precise GPS location, contacts, or phone address book.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. No ad networks.
• No Aadhaar, health, biometric, or financial data.

If you write to us (Say Hi)

The topic you pick, your name, your email address and your message. We store it so we can reply, and a copy reaches our inbox by email.

If you join the waitlist (Let’s Go)

Your email address only. We use it to tell you when the shop and new drops go live. Every mail we send carries an unsubscribe route — replying “unsubscribe” also works.

If you post to the wall (Scan)

• The photo you upload and the short caption you type.
• An approximate city, derived by our edge network from your connection. Not a street address, not coordinates.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, plus a random device identifier kept in your browser’s local storage. Both exist only to stop spam and flooding — neither identifies you to us by name.

Posting a photo makes it public. Please only post photos you took, and don’t post other people without their say-so.

Technical data

Our hosting and edge providers keep short-lived server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser type) to keep the site up and to defend against abuse.

4. Why we use it

• To answer your message, or your retailer / distributor / press enquiry.
• To email you about launches if you asked us to.
• To display the public wall and to moderate it.
• To keep the site secure, working, and free of spam.
• To comply with law, including food and consumer regulation in India.

We do not sell your personal data, we do not rent it out, and we do not use it to train AI models.

5. Cookies

We currently set no cookies — no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers. Two things are stored locally in your own browser and never sent to us as an identifier:

• broskey-preloader-seen(session storage) — so the opening animation doesn’t replay on every page.
• A random device id (local storage) — rate-limits wall posts from one browser.

Clearing your browser data removes both. If we ever add analytics or cookies, this section and the date at the top will change first.

6. How long we keep it

• Messages — up to 24 months from your last contact, then deleted.
• Waitlist email — until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
• Wall photos and captions — while the post is live. Removed posts are deleted from the public wall immediately and purged from storage within 30 days.
• Hashed IPs and device ids — 90 days.
• Server logs— 30 days, per our providers’ defaults.

7. Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email support@broskeyenergy.comand we will answer within 30 days. Because we hold so little, we may ask you to write from the same email address you used, so we know it’s you.

India — DPDP Act, 2023

You have the right to access, correct, complete, update and erase your personal data, the right to nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, and the right to grievance redressal. Send grievances to support@broskeyenergy.com; if we don’t resolve it, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India. If you are under 18, please get a parent or guardian’s consent before sending us anything.

EEA and UK — GDPR

Our legal bases are your consent (waitlist, wall posts), our legitimate interests (site security, anti-spam), and taking steps at your request (replying to your message). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, you may withdraw consent at any time, and you may complain to your local supervisory authority. Data is processed in India and on our providers’ global infrastructure under Standard Contractual Clauses.

California — CCPA/CPRA

Broskey does not sell or share personal information, and has no financial incentive programmes. You may request to know, delete or correct the information described in §3 by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

8. International transfers

We are an Indian company, and our providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country. Where the law requires safeguards, we rely on our providers’ Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent commitments.

9. Children

Energy drinks are not intended for children. This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us something or posted to the wall, email us and we will delete it.

10. Security

The site and our API run over HTTPS. Data sits with established providers with encryption at rest. There are no user passwords to steal and no card data on our systems. No system is perfect — if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

11. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we’ll post the new version here with a fresh “last updated” date. Worth a glance now and then.
